Returns & Exchanges

For Store Credit:

Click here to download and print our request for Store Credit form. For processing purposes, this form must be accompanied by a copy of your original sales receipt. Once all paperwork is complete please place all merchandise in a box with your original invoice and tags. Then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. A store credit will be issued and sent to your billing address within 14 business days of receipt.

For exchanges:

Click here to download and print our request for Exchange form. Using the space provided on the form please indicate the item(s) you would like to receive. Then, include the invoice along with your tagged merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. If there is a variance in price between the new items purchased and the items returned we will charge your credit card, or issue a refund accordingly. Additionally, your credit card will be charged for any and all additional shipping fees.

For Refunds:

Click here to download and print our request for Refund form. Utilizing the form please indicate the reason for your return. Include a copy of the original the invoice along with your tagged merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. The purchase will be refunded back to the original card the purchase was made from within 14 business days upon receipt.

A few things you should know about returns and exchanges:

  • All returned merchandise must be accompanied with original invoice.
  • All returned merchandise must have the tags in place.
  • All sales returned merchandise can only be processed at our online stores.
  • All regular priced returned merchandise is accepted at our boutique locations.
  • We will not accept exchanges or refunds on merchandise that has been worn or washed.
  • We do not except exchanges or refunds on gift cards.
  • We will not accept exchanges or refunds on items purchased at a physical store.

Shipping Charges on Returns and Exchanges

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning or exchanging. However, if you receive merchandise from Bliss Boutique that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will happily refund the return shipping cost to your credit card. Please be sure to include a copy of the shipping receipt with your returned merchandise in order to be reimbursed.

In-Store Returns and Exchanges

You may always return or exchange regular priced merchandise purchased online to our Durant store within 30 days of the shipping date. Just bring your original invoice, and the unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise with tags in place to our locations and we will be happy to return or exchange it for something else. Please note that sale merchandise may only be returned to our Online Boutique and may not be returned or exchanged at any Bliss storefront.
